I typically don't do posts like this. Usually its a quick photography post and I'm done but this time I had something I really wanted to share with the world.
Okay, with the few of you that read this.
A few months ago I went through something that I dont really feel comfortable discussing on here (maybe some day) and that brought me to blog after blog and website after website reading and researching ways to help heal my body.
I came across Red Raspberry Leaf Tea.
The more I researched the tea the more I was convinced I had to try it! There are so many benefits I was confused on why I hadn't ever heard of it before.
Read raspberry leaf tea is an herbal tea and it is caffeine free. It is rich in so many nutrients : Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Niacin, Selenium, Vitamin A, and Vitamin C. Many women use it when trying to conceive, to prevent miscarriage, to ease their labor pains when they do become pregnant, as relief from symptoms of PMS, and for migraines. From researching I saw that it is great for every woman to drink it. There are many more benefits to drinking it as well.
Now, I must say.... I AM NOT A DOCTOR, this post is purely from my own experience and is not intended as medical advice. I just know it worked for me and if you want to, do your own research on RRL tea.
I have suffered from migraines since I was 14 years old. I have tried many different kinds of meds over the years. Some helped, some didnt. Over the past few months my migraines had gotten out of control and I needed to try something new.
I started drinking RRL tea at the beginning of January (2-3 cups a day). It is now March 3 and I have NOT had a migraine since I started drinking the tea. I have felt like I was going to get a migraine or have felt a small headache but I drink a glass of the tea and its gone.
I am completely amazed by it!
If you suffer from migraines I would say to try it (again, I am not a doctor and you should always consult your doctor when you are unsure).
My favorite way to drink the tea is as iced tea.
I make a few cups, I add some unsweetened cranberry juice (which has its own health benefits) some honey or stevia and some ice cubes and drink up. (there are many recipes on how to drink it on pinterest)
If you decide to try it, Let me know how it goes!
I bought my tea from amazon, you can get it HERE
